Responsibilities
- Taking support calls, emails, and chats
- Working on data entry tasks such as support ticketing and order
fulfillment, etc
Skills Required
- Updated resume with employment dates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- At least a year of work experience as a Customer Service Representative
- E-commerce support experience is a plus
